❗Premium Template License & Usage Terms :
- 1. End-Use Only - Templates may only be used as final promotional content for personal or business use. Buyers may use the design as a final social media post, advertisement, marketing content, or promotional material.
- 2. No Resale or Redistribution - Buyers are not allowed to resell, redistribute, share, gift, or upload the editable template files in any format.
- 3. No Template Marketplace Upload - Templates cannot be uploaded or sold on platforms such as Canva Marketplace, Etsy, Freepik, Creative Market, Gumroad, or similar marketplaces without permission.
- 4. No Claim of Ownership - Buyers may not claim the original design as their own intellectual property.
- 5. Modification Does Not Transfer Rights - Editing or modifying the template does not grant ownership or resale rights.
- 6. Canva Account Requirement - Readymade Canva template must A Canva account may be required to access and edit the templates.
- 7. Canva Pro Elements - if you buy Canva Some templates may include Canva Pro elements, fonts, or graphics that require an active Canva Pro subscription for full access.
- 8. Template Access - Buyers receive access to editable Canva template links only. Physical products are not included.
- 9. No Refund Policy - No refunds on Digital Products. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- 10. Support available for basic editing guidance only.
- 11. Support Limitation - Basic template access support is included. Custom editing or redesign services are charged separately.
- 12. Copyright Protection - Unauthorized copying, reselling, or redistribution may result in copyright claims or license termination.
